Inventory day is when we categorize all the stuff in the ETH-0 storage.

The storage is getting to full so we have to prioritize. Throw away what we won't use, save what we still need. Be there if you want to make sure the right things are kept.

We've got a lot of stuff, including two new containers loaded with new things we might or might not want to use.

By handling all the stuff, we can decide on what to keep, and possibly think of new epic projects to start with the things we have no purpose for right now.

When everything is neatly packed, tagged and photographed we want to make this stuff available to the rest of the hacker community.

Also we're going to throw/give stuff away. There is a lot of stuff we don't use anymore. It's a waste if we trow away stuff we could use in the future and keep stuff we don't need.

Drinks and food (snacks/meal) will be provided. Because we all know volunteers run on food.

The tent we get is about 5*5 meters. These same tents have been used at HAR and Eth0 Summer 2008. There is certainly enough space for 4 couches, and even a fifth at the top. Maybe throw in some chairs.

Cubes with questionMarks on them in the air.

All these consoles need wires, and for exporting their video/image even more wires. Also they need tv's (on lackracks?) and extra tables to play with raised feet :P Do we need headphones extension cables/headphones to limit cross-noise? (probably not a problem)

Since we don't have much space, maybe we need to work in the vertical axis. A wall of tv's, of course it has its pro's and con's. like good for space, bad for people who want to sit in front of the tv.

We might need a large sofa possibly without armrests but just pillows, so it can fit more people.

another idea is using 2 oposite walls for placing tv's + consoles with a big row of sofas, chairs in the middle

We need more consoles, as we only have about 15 (mostly private) boxes. Although we like lending consoles, there are bigger risks, and its also not possible to tinker with them. Therefore we've devised a donation mailing to ask unknown others to donate their old game systems to our initiative. This section also encompasses plans with a longer timespan; they might end up in a public stash and various hackerspaces.

Warning: this donation mailing will is written in Dutch/moonspeak.
