Video Operations Center (VOC)	voc@eth0.nl jeder johann duncte	yes (3)		friday after opening talk in the talks room upstairs	We have mostly organized things but are still looking for some helping hands at the event to operate the equipment. This mostly involves operating OBS and potentially a camera. You don't have to be an expert c: We will have a technical introduction on Friday after the opening talk if you are interested.
CERT (first aid)	mame	yes (2)	mame	after opening talk	The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is on call for emergencies that might occur, provide first aid if needed, and call emergency services if necessary.
Breakfast Angels	Steph	no	johann stefan230 mametsuko sn0w (?, late)	8.30h Saturday, kitchen 8.30h Sunday, kitchen	We'll have breakfast/lunch again, and because we don't have to share the room with talks this year we can have the buffet up for longer. We need some helping hands to build up the buffet at 9am, and to keep it stocked and cooled throughout the morning and early afternoon. Afterwards we also need help with doing the dishes as people finish eating. We will have access to a nice dishwasher.
Dinner Angels	Steph	no	stefan230 jn mametsuko sn0w	18.00h Friday kitchen 17.00h Saturday, kitchen	We need people to help with cooking, think chopping vegetables and serving dinner. This will be help in the evening, and helping after people finish eating with doing the dishes. We have a dishwasher.
Check-in Angels	Langoor	yes (2)			The event starts at 18.00h and we'll need to check people in when they arrive. This is scanning their ticket, handing out an event bracelet and pointing towards the right direction for the event.
Free Stuff Corner	Fristi	probably		--	Like last year, we'll be setting up a free stuff corner for people to put stuff and take stuff. This year the corner will be organized by Fristi. Additional information can be found here.
Fristi's Friettent	Fristi	no			On Saturday, Fristi will be deepfrying typical dutch snacks during the afternoon (exact time yet to be determined). Snacks include broodje frikandel and broodje vegan kroket. Various condiments will be available (including vegan mayo).

Sanitary products	Steph	yes (1 or 2)		18:00h Kitchen on friday	We need to put toilet paper and towels at all the bathrooms in the venue. Also need to keep them stocked.
